Gin Rickey

In the late 1800s, the most popular gin drink was not a Martini or a G&T, it was a Gin Rickey. Every gin brand advertised theirs as the best gin for a Rickey, presumably because Sipsmith hadn't been created yet. This drink is not sweet, but there's none more refreshing.

    Ingredients

  • Two lime wedges

  • 2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

  • Sparkling water

    Method

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and squeeze in lime wedges

  • Add the gin and top with chilled sparkling water

  • Lift with a swan stirrer to combine
